Every year, thousands of lives are saved due to the generosity of organ donors. Susan Perkins was one of them.

In honor of the second chances she and all donors make possible, we have established the Susan Perkins Fund. The fund supports initiatives that contribute to donor family and community education, including donor family workshops, Donor Family Circle activities, and initiatives designed to motivate donor designation.

Support from our communities and people like you makes all the difference. Contributions can be made in honor of a loved one or to mark a special occasion.

How to Make a Contribution

You can make a financial contribution anytime. Donations are tax-deductible under federal guidelines, and OurLegacy is pleased provide documentation of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Gifts will be recognized by a statement of value from the AdventHealth Foundation.

Donations can be made by check, Visa and Mastercard. Please make checks payable to OurLegacy, designating it for the Susan Perkins Fund in the memo section of the document.
